Wamea Raisa Khan is the Managing Director and Senior Structural Engineer at AIM. In this leadership role, she manages office operations, coordinates project teams, and mentors staff. Her expertise lies in developing structural framing systems, analyzing project proposals, and creating finite element models to ensure compliance with safety standards. She brings strong BNBC-based structural design capability, DEA and retrofitting design experience, and a track record of coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors across her career.
